Systems research / Methodology scaffold
Project Clarifier
Project Clarifier is a local-only methodology scaffold for reducing architectural unknowns. It is currently a methodology scaffold rather than an implemented application.
I designed a clarification model that sits beside Finch Standards and Project Steward, focused on what is not understood yet and which evidence-gathering plan would reduce that uncertainty.

The problem
What the project had to handle
The current value is the project model: how unknown behaviour becomes questions, theory stacks, campaigns, evidence, theory deltas, and updated architecture maps.
The project does not claim automation, AI or retrieval capability, ingestion, a public app, a UI, an API, or a deployed service.
What exists
Current scaffold
Methodology scaffold
- Defined an unknown-reduction loop for architectural questions and theory stacks.
- Modelled an evidence-promotion ladder for raw artefacts, notes, parser output, and summaries.
- Documented work contracts, local-only boundaries, non-goals, and Phase A calibration.
Planning model
- Separated truth, knowledge, and future execution layers.
- Mapped how clarification campaigns would update architecture records.
- Kept runtime, schemas, fixtures, adapters, retrieval indices, and AI tests out of current claims.

Current limits
Local-only methodology scaffold, not an implemented application.
Useful for framing ambiguous engineering work before runtime automation exists.
Runtime implementation, adapters, retrieval indices, AI tests, and usable interfaces remain outside the current project surface.
